Reference is made to the company's schedule for the exercise of the Preferred Share to common share at every 15th day of the months February, May, August, and November of every year. The conversion ratio is 1 preferred share can subscribe to 1 common share, as informed details previously.
In May 15, the preferred-shareholder has subscribed to convert preferred-shares to be common shares as the following details;
1. Number of subscriber is only one with 60 preferred shares exercise,so the outstanding preferred shares decrease from 15,916 shares to 15,856 shares and the outstanding common shares increase from 1,333,138,087 shares to 1,333,138,147 shares.
2. The details of the Company's capital fund is as follows;
- The paid-up capital is baht 13,331,540,030.
- The total issued and sold shares are 1,333,154,003 shares
- The issued and sold common shares are 1,333,138,147 shares
- The issued and sold preferred shares are 15,856 shares
