Reference is made to the Tender Offer of the Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited ("the Company") to purchase the securities of Thanachart Bank Public Company Limited ("the Bank") which has been made during the period from October 16, 2007 to December 20, 2007 and November 14, 2007 is the final date for the revocation of the intention to tender the securities of the Bank.
The Company would like to submit a copy of form 247-6-Khor the original of which was submitted to The Office of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on November 14, 2007, details as per attachment. This is in accordance to the Notification of the Securities and Exchange Commission No. Kor Jor 53/2545 dated November 18, 2002, Re: Rules, Conditions and Procedure for Acquisition of Securities for Business Takeovers.
