Subject to the Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited convened the Board of
Directors'sMeeting no. 5/2550 on April 26, 2007 and unanimously passed a
resolution to appoint Mr.Suphadej Poonpipat, The President,to be the vice-
chairman of the Board of Directors in another position. Such matter is
effective on April 26, 2007.
