The Company incorporated Scotiabank, an international financial institution from Canada, as its strategic partner in order to enhance capabilities and competitive edge in the financial industry. Scotiabank’s shareholding portion in TBANK is 48.99% while TCAP’s shareholding portion is 50.96%
