The Company, Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited, shall announce that the registration book of the debenture of Thanachart Capital Pcl. No.1/2551 series 1 due B.E.2553 (TCAP105A) will be close on May 4, 2010 for the right to receive the principal and interest payment. TCAP105A will be paid the principal and the last interest payment on May 18, 2010 with the interest rate of 4.75 % from the period of November 18, 2009 to May 17, 2010 (181 days)
The company would like to inform that the Stock Exchange of Thailand will suspend trading on TCAP105A commencing from April 29, 2010 to May 17, 2010. So TCAP105A will no longer be listed securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since May 18, 2010.
