Resume Trading of TCAP, SCIB and THANI
The Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") has posted H sign on the securities of Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited (TCAP), Siam City Bank Public Company Limited (SCIB) and Ratchthani Leasing Public Company Limited (THANI) because Thanachart Bank Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of TCAP, is dealing with The Financial Institutions Development Fund (FIDF) in order to purchase SCIB shares which are held by FIDF totally 47.58% of paid up capital. Presently, TCAP, SCIB and THANI have disclosed the relevant material information, which has been broadly disseminated through the SET's disclosure systems. Therefore, the SET has lifted H sign from TCAP, SCIB and THANI effective from the first trading session March 12, 2010 onwards.
