Subject: Changing of the member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees
To: President and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand
The Meeting of the Board of Directors of Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited No.9/2009, held on 25 August 2009, approved the followings:
1) That the resignation of Ms. Suvarnapha Suvarnaprathip from the member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee (Ms. Suvarnapha Suvarnaprathip still remains as the Company's Director), be acknowledged. The resignation was effective from 25 August 2009.
2) That the appointment of Mrs. Puntip Surathin (Independent Director) to be the member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee to replace Ms. Suvarnapha Suvarnaprathip, be approved. The appointment was effective from 25 August 2009
Therefore, the Nomination and Remuneration Committees would comprise of the following 3 members:
Mr. Somkiat Sukdheva Chairperson of the Committee (Independent Director)
Mrs. Siripen Sitasuwan Member (Independent Director)
Mrs. Puntip Surathin Member (Independent Director)Please be informed and publish accordingly.
