Conditions and Preferred-to-common share conversion procedure, which one preferred share can be converted to one common share without costs.
The Company would like to inform the time schedule of share conversion No.3/2009 on 14 August, 2009. The preferred share's holders can subscribe the preferred-to-common share conversion during office hours (8.30 am - 4.30 pm) of the date from August 10, 11,13 to August 14, 2009 at Thailand Securities Depository Company Limited, 1st Floor, Stock Exchange of Thailand Building, Rachadapisek Road, Klong-Toey, Bangkok
