Subject: To notify the end of the share repurchase project in the case of repurchasing the Company's own shares for financial management purposes (Treasury Stock)

As Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited "the Company" notified the share repurchase project in the case of repurchasing the Company's own shares for financial management purposes (Treasury Stock), the Company repurchased its shares from the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 15 December 2008 to 14 June 2009, and the information of the share repurchase was previously disclosed.
Presently, the share repurchase period approved by the board of directors is expired. The Company repurchasing shares amounted to 55,324,300 shares or 4.1499 percent of the total paid-up capital. The total payment made was 387,471,989.67 baht.(the maximum repurchasing shares allowed for this project were 133,315,400 shares or accounted for 10 percent of the total paid-up capital). Hereby, The Company would like to announce the end of the share repurchase project in the case of repurchasing the Company's own shares for financial management purposes.
