Subject : Informing the replacement of the Company's Secretary

According to the policy of Thanachart Group, Mr. Anuwat Luengtawekul, acting as the Secretary of Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited, will be appointed to be an executive of Thanachart Bank Public Company Limited since 1 June 2009. As a result, the position of Secretary of Thanachart Capital Public Company Limitedhas to be replaced.
Therefore, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited no. 6/2009 held on 26 May 2009 appointed Mr.Panupan Tuangthong to be the Secretary of the Company to replace Mr.Anuwat Luengtawekul.This appointment is effective since 1 June 2009.
