Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited would like to inform that Mrs.Chantima Jaturapat has resigned from the Company's Director and Sub-Committee because her qualification was not in compliance with the regulation as specified in the Financial Institution Business Act pertaining to the Bank of Thailand's Regulation regarding the Qualification of the Director of the Financial Institution and the Parent Company of theFinancial Institution would not being the Managing Director / the Authorized Person of Other Financial Institution. In this regard, her resignation would be effective on October 10, 2008 caused that the Company shall have the list of Board of Directors and Sub-Committee as follows:
