The Company, Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited, shall announce that the registration book of the debenture of Thanachart Capital Pcl. No.1/2546 series 2 Due B.E.2551 (TCAP083A) will be close at 12.00 am. on March 17, 2008 for the right to receive the principal and interest payment. TCAP083A will be paid the principal and the last interest payment on March 31, 2008 with interest rate 2.95% from the period of September 30, 2007 to March 30, 2008 (183 days)
The company would like to inform that the Stock Exchange of Thailand will suspend trading on TCAP083A commencing from March 13, 2008 to March 31, 2008. So TCAP083A will no longer be listed securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since March 31, 2008.
