Reference is made to the Tender Offer of the Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited ("the Company") to purchase the securities of Thanachart Bank Public Compnay Limited ("the Bank") that has been made during the period from October 16, 2007 to December 20, 2007 which that specific period was over.
In accordance to the Notification of the Securities and Exchange Commission No. Kor Jor 52/2545 dated November 18, 2002, Re: Rules, Conditions and Procedure for Acquisition of Securities for Business Takeovers, the Company would like to submit a copy of Report on the Result of Thanachart Bank Public Company Limited ("form 256-2"), the original of which was submitted to The Office of Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on December 27, 2007, for further consideration, details as per attachment.
