Subject Interim Dividend Payment

Subject to Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited "The Company" held the board of directors' meeting no. 10/2007 on October 4, 2007. at Thong Kwaw Room, on 16th floor MBK Tower, Phayathai Road, Wangmai, Phatumwan, Bangkok. It deemed appropriate to inform you regarding the significant resolution of the meeting as following details:
1. The board of Directors has a resolution to pay the interim dividend from the profit of the performance during January 1, 2007 - June 30, 2007 to every shareholder at 0.30 (Thirty Satangs) Baht per share.
2. The schedule of the closing register book for assigning the right to gain the dividend is October 18,2007, at 12.00 hours.
3. The schedule of interim dividend payment is November 2, 2007.
