Subject to Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited "The Compnay" entered into the contractual agreements relating an agreement on the sale of the common shares of Glas Haus Building Company Limited "Glas Haus", a subsidiary, which is held 99.9997% by The Company to Plan Equity Company Limited "Plan Equity" which is asubsidiary of MBK Public Company Limited.
