Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and Service Blueprint for the Insurance Advisory business (VVIP / HNW segment)
- Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys to ensure seamless, proactive, and highly personalized experiences
- Build, lead, and continuously develop the Advisory team to become Trusted Advisors for clients
- Provide in-depth Risk & Coverage Optimization advice across non-life insurance products, including
Motor, Personal Accident, Property, Cancer, and Travel Insurance - Oversee service quality across the full customer lifecycle:
onboarding, policy management, renewal & retention, claims advocacy, and after-sales excellence - Manage client portfolios to maximize Retention, Share of Wallet, and Customer Lifetime Value
- Leverage data and customer insights to design tailored coverage solutions and exclusive privileges
- Collaborate with insurance partners and internal stakeholders to enhance service standards and turnaround time
- Drive key performance indicators including NPS, Retention Rate, Claim Satisfaction, and Revenue Growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
- 6–12 years of experience in non-life insurance, wealth management, or private client businesses
- Proven experience in building or leading high-end / premium customer service teams
- Strong capabilities in Strategic Thinking, Customer Experience Design, and People Leadership
- Deep understanding of Non-life Insurance products and Risk Advisory
- Professional demeanor with strong Executive Presence and ability to manage senior-level client relationships
- A proven track record in service excellence transformation or business growth will be an advantage
