Responsibilities
- Plan sales operations, define strategies, workflows, and shared targets with each partner.
- Plan and conduct partner visits to build strong relationships and provide effective pre-sales and after-sales service in line with agreed objectives.
- Manage partner portfolios in a professional consultative manner, including:
- Preparing performance reports
- Analyzing and managing product portfolio mix
- Providing business consultation and resolving business-related issues
- Collaborate with partners to define strategies and plan marketing activities to drive sales growth.
- Utilize marketing tools such as promotional campaigns, premium gifts, and joint partner activities to create new business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, such as onboarding new partners and expanding sales channels.
- Analyze partner, competitor, and market trend insights to strengthen competitiveness.
- Monitor partner contract renewals and drive higher renewal rates.
- Oversee and follow up on partner payment processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage partner and customer complaints to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Sales, or Business Development (experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan strategies and manage customer or partner portfolios.
- Good relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a consultative selling environment.
- Strong coordination and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet partners.
- Experience in Portfolio Management or Performance Analysis will be considered an advantage.
