Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of strategic plans, including the company’s annual business plan and long-term growth roadmap.
Analyze financial statements and key performance metrics to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Conduct industry research and competitive analysis, including benchmarking peers in the insurance and financial services sector.
Collaborate across departments to assess strategic opportunities, business feasibility, and potential partnerships.
Prepare financial analyses in support of business cases.
Prepare executive presentations and strategic reports for management and executive-level discussions.
Monitor progress of key initiatives and assist in project management to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
5–10 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, financial analysis, management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles; ability to perform financial analysis and build business models.
Experience in market research and marketing analysis to evaluate market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
Able to effectively manage assigned responsibilities, both independently and collaboratively within a team.
A proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
