There are committees under the Executive Committee for managing the Company’s businesses as follows: 1) the Troubled Debt Restructuring Management Committee, 2) the Assets for Sales Management Committee, 3) the Strategic Sourcing Committee, and 4) the Credit Committee, and working units which have clear scopes of roles and responsibilities. The structure covers all operational areas of the Company, as well as ensures adequate supervision and review.
