Provident fund The Company, its subsidiaries and its employees have jointly established a provident fund in accordance with the Provident Fund Act B.E. 2530. Employees contributed to the fund monthly at rates of 2 - 15 percent of their basic salaries, and the Company and its subsidiaries contributed to the fund at stipulated rates. The fund will be paid to the employees upon termination of employment in accordance with the fund rules.
