Management’s opinion about possible impacts on operations of the Company and its subsidiaries The management of the Company and its subsidiaries are of the opinion that all legal disputes will not have any significant impact on the Company’s operation. Directors, executives or related parties who are counterparties in lawsuits against the Company or its subsidiaries - None - Lawsuits Having Significant Impacts on Business Operations As of 31 December 2021, the Company and its subsidiaries had liabilities which might arise from a legal case claiming about 195 million baht in damage (or about 44 million baht based on the Company’s separate financial statements). The lawsuit has not been finalized yet. However, the Company and its subsidiaries have set aside allowances for partial liabilities. As for the remaining part, the Company and its subsidiaries are confident that there will be no damage caused. As a result, currently it is not recorded as liabilities. All other cases are lawsuits related to normal debt collection. As a result, it is believed that they do not have significant impacts on business operations. 150
