Subject : The final resolution of Siam City Bank Public Company Limited to delist as listed securities from the Stock Exchange of Thailand

Thanachart Bank Public Company Limited ("TBANK"), a subsidiary company of Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited has formed the Board of Directors' meeting no. 8/2010, held on 9 June 2010. The Board of Directors has adopted a resolution of Siam City Bank Public Company Limited ("SCIB") to delist as listed securities from the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET"). TBANK as a tender offeror will purchase ordinary shares of SCIB from the remaining shareholders at THB 32.50 per share, after the approval received from the Shareholder Meeting of SCIB and a permission granted from the SET to proceed with the mentioned matter.
